Which photo should I choose?

An ordinary clear phone photo is enough: show your dog or cat’s whole face and ears in natural light. Your upload is a reference photo, not an instant engraving proof.

  • Gold: 18K gold-plated stainless steel.
  • Rose Gold: 18K rose gold-plated stainless steel.
  • Silver: unplated stainless steel (Silver Steel), not sterling silver.
  • Round pendant: 20 × 20 mm (approximately 0.79 × 0.79 in).
  • Chain: 45 cm plus a 5 cm extension (approximately 17.7 in + 2 in).
  • Personalization: laser-engraved portrait and name on the front; optional text engraving on the back.

Gold and Rose Gold finishes are plated, not solid gold. The engraving is on the metal surface; the illustrative photographs are not individual production proofs.

Is the portrait based on my own pet?

Yes—that is the personalized offer. Your uploaded photo is the reference for your pet’s portrait, with their name on the front. You are not choosing a generic breed charm.

Can I personalize it with a dog or a cat?

Both. Use one pet per necklace so their face stays the focus. Mixed breeds are welcome; your own photo is the reference.

What is included in the price?

The $49.95 necklace includes the pet portrait and name on the front. A back inscription is optional at $9.95 extra, for a $59.90 total before applicable tax. All prices are USD.

What can I write on the back?

A nickname, meaningful date or short message, within the limit shown by the personalization form. For example: “Always by my side” or “My little shadow.” Double-check your spelling before confirming your choices.

Will my uploaded photo become an instant engraving preview?

No. Your upload is the reference image. Viewing it with your name, finish and message does not create or approve final engraving artwork.

Can I add a matching keychain or second necklace?

A matching keychain at +$29.95 and a second necklace at +$34.95 are optional extras you can personalize separately. The second necklace is front-only, regularly $49.95, with $15 off one when a qualifying necklace is in your bag. They are not included with the $49.95 necklace.

Nothing is added automatically. Your bag shows current prices and discounts; removing the qualifying necklace removes its discount. Check the final checkout total before paying.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking is provided once the carrier picks up and scans your parcel. A “label created” status means the parcel is awaiting carrier pickup, not that it is already in transit.

Turn off the flash. Look for a bright window without direct sun falling on the face. Put yourself between the window and your pet, slightly to one side, so the eyes receive light. You do not need to put the pet on the windowsill. A light-colored wall nearby can gently reflect light into the darker side of the face.

What will membership include?

The planned club combines monthly ebooks, a private community, a monthly webinar with Q&A and replay, monthly personalized digital keepsakes, creative challenges and member designs, alongside the credit and discount benefits above.

The prepared welcome photography guide will be the first read in the monthly ebook series. The community, webinar calendar, subsequent ebooks and delivery schedule are still being prepared. Confirmed content, hosts, dates and access instructions will be available before signup opens.

How do the price, credit and discount work?

The membership price is $43.95 USD per calendar month, plus applicable tax, including $20 in store credit after each successful monthly payment. Unused credit rolls over. The 15% discount applies to eligible regularly priced physical keepsakes.

Credit is not cash. Use eligible credit after the member discount, up to the merchandise subtotal—not for membership fees, gift cards, taxes, duties, separately charged shipping or payment fees. The 15% discount applies only to eligible regularly priced physical keepsakes and cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons. Membership fees, gift cards, optional back engraving, separately priced add-ons and already-discounted bundles are excluded. For combined variants, only the eligible base-product portion qualifies.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep membership access for the full period you have paid for. Credit you have already earned is retained after cancellation.

Does buying a necklace enroll me?

No. VIP requires a separate explicit signup and recurring-payment authorization; buying a necklace does not enroll you. Enrollment is currently closed, and this page cannot charge you.
